It was really good vacations! The host was very responsive every time. All environment is really nice. Very close to amenities, to the beach to a Mall and to groceries. Everything is very easy to get walking. The Swimming pools very nice and the rooftop swimming pool have a amazing mountain view and ocean view. The apartment have very nice mountain view as well. High ceilings in the apartment. Everything was so clean. Enough towels for swimming pool and for showering. They made really good job for the people to have amazing quite and nice vacations!! We definitely go back ! 100%

Great location, plenty of food options in a walkable distance or short ride. Close to Romantica to explore. Beach and pool access were private enough, not overly crowded. Great location to get an all inclusive resort feel without being fully all inclusive. Would visit again.

The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and all the nearby local spots. There was also a great breakfast place just steps from the downstairs exit, which made mornings especially convenient.

Our stay at Harbor 171 was exactly what was offered on the website and just what our family needed. The central location made adventures in the area easy and the view and pool were fantastic. We’d definitely consider staying again in the future

Perfect location from beach and bustle of town! 24-hour security and metal gate on condo door provided extra safety and confidence. Only 1 block from the beach and popular restaurants but neighborhood was quiet and not noisy from nearby bars. Amenities were modern and pool area has an amazing front row view of the ocean and downtown. Enjoyed the stay!

The unit was very nice, clean and well maintained. It had all the required items and was as advertised. Alfredo was a pleasure to meet once again and was always quick to respond to any messages. The condo exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, the place was amazing, and the neighborhood was very safe and fun to explore.

There was only one complaint and that is that the maid service didn’t always happen on the assigned day. Once it was a day earlier and once a day later. This was an issue for several reasons, other than that it was great. Alfredo was very responsive to needs and Slvia is excellent to work with.

Staff are all friendly and helpful, but as you get busier it’s hard to keep everything perfectly organized. Only suggestion is to keep clients informed if you have to change housekeeping schedule.

We loved this condo! We are sad that our vacation was interrupted by the cartel happenings but we will be back asap. The views were incredible and we had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the shower door would not close all the way and it caused a lot of water to leak out. Not a problem we just put a small towel on the inside to help absorb. But something that might be an easy fix. But everything else was perfect. Everyone that works for this company was so nice and helpful. Location and amenities were great. Thank you so much for having us!

Friendly service, room was clean and air conditioning in the room worked great. Nice views from the infinity rooftop pool.

We came as a group of five and we all absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The place is just like the pictures with everything included such as toiletries and cups so we didn’t need to spend extra on those things. Palmera was always very responsive and helpful in anything we needed. Great location and walkable to many restaurants and activities. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm and clean environment.

The view was spectacular!! The pictures don’t do it justice, could see whales and a pirate ship that does fireworks every night with a nice sunset

Staying at Pier 57 is always a delight. The building’s location and amenities are top notch. So much is within a short walk with plenty of options for food, shopping, wellness, and nightlife. The unit is as-described and pictured. As one recent review mentioned, we were a bit nervous about noise given it is on the second floor, but you forget quickly as the views are amazing and it was very quiet. The only issue we had was using the safe, but all else was very smooth from check in to check out.

I have had a very good experience working with Sylvia Gradilla and Alfredo. I have several other rentals coming up using Sylvia for 2026 and 2027.

Everything was fantastic. I never had to worry about a thing with Palmera Vacations.

We had very good service from the start to the end of the trip, responses to our questions always quick and courteous. The condo was as described in the ad and we loved it. Check in and check out were handled well. The building and location were great. Very quiet. The unit could use some updating especially to the lighting system in the bathrooms and table lamps in the bedroom would have been helpful. Wifi reception in the bedroom was not very good.

Very well equipped condo in a great location and beautifully decorated. Loved staying there.

All of my email contacts with Palmera prior to travel were answered courteously and quickly. The concierge service on arrival and departure was excellent. The PV Ladies unit met all of our needs though there were a paucity of hangars provided in the closet space (a small, but easily improved, issue). It would have been helpful if we had been notified a day in advance of the maid service so we could have been better prepared.

Communication was helpful and timely. Our concierge was responsive and friendly.

The washer was broken. I was not informed of this in advance. Because it was broken we needed more towels. It took a while to get the towels, about 3 days. It was kind of a hassle. Everything else was good though. Thank you.

Great location! I love this building and the staff that works there. Good place to stay! Small details that I’m sure will be taken care of very soon! The host is very attentive on the way the property is being managed! I would come back!

My stay at Avida 613 could not have been better or gone any smoother. All staff that I dealt with at Palmera Vacations were professional, courteous and helpfully. The condo was great. I was there for 1 month. It is in a great location and has excellent amenities. It even had a pull-out desk in the shelfing unit, which was perfect as I was working remotely.

A more comfortable bed, or foam mattress topper, and a Firestick for the bedroom tv, to make it functional, would have made this a 5 star stay. When you have insomnia, a tv the bedroom is a must. We loved the location, the patio, and the pool!

Sylvia was wonderful and professional . I really enjoyed speaking with her and looked forward to seeing her . My enquires were always addressed.. Daniel ( in maintenance I believe) is a great person . Meet and spoke to him a few times . Likeable guy and awesome in his position! Martin ; the groundskeeper is a kind , quiet person who is very pleasant and diligent. We really like Martin a lot. Sylvia , Daniel and Martin are all very friendly , competent, and committed employees. Not a problem or concern with Palmera Vacations.

David Patricio, as well as his colleague Luis from the maintenance team, was very attentive and very responsive to our inquiries, and very effectively resolved a few minor issues we faced. Their care and dedication made our stay at this condo easy and confortable.

The condo was lovely and staff was great. I would recommend leaving instructions on the operation of the tv.

Location of property is IDEAL with easy access to 200 via private condo steps; short hike to romantic zone is very doable; Views from condo and pool are top notch; the facilities double filtrated water is excellent so no need to purchase water and carry up the hill; heated pool cannot be beat and many times we had it to our selves; open front and back doors and the breezes eliminate AC dependency; residents in 15 unit condo complex are very welcoming.

Excelente estancia, mi familia y yo nos sentimos como en casa. Todo está ordenado, muy limpio, cómodo. Disfrutamos mucho la alberca y el hecho que esté a calles del muelle nos facilitó el ir a pasear. También se agradece mucho la amabilidad con la que te reciben y están al pendiente de tu estancia en este caso de Alfredo. Sin duda volveremos, gracias por todo!!!!

El lugar nos encantó, la zona y lo cerca que está de todo, las habitaciones eran realmente cómodas al igual que todas las áreas, tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar al igual como de disfrutar de escuchar música, ver una película, es un lugar al que definitivamente volvería!

This condo is very nice with beautiful views! Conveniently located close to everything in Zona Romántica. The pool is great with a bar and it has incredible views of the bay. I would stay here over and over!

Is Worth Dreaming was a great condo with amazing views. The condo had plenty of room for a family of 4. We had a blast taking the kayaks to Los Arcos and snorkeling.

Muy buen servicio de Mel, Alfredo y la camarista. Hubo algunos detalles mínimos de limpieza, pero nada que no se pueda solucionar.

Todo estuvo muy agradable, el depa de lo mas cómodo con todo lo necesario para pasarla super! La vista que tiene directamente enfrente a la salida del canal de navegación de la marina es espectacular.

Super bien ubicado cerca de todo, camas muy cómodas y condominio equipado con lo necesario. sin duda volvería a hospedarme en el. lo mejor de nuestra estadia fue la vista espectacular desde el balcón y la terraza. gracias

Excelente complejo! las areas verdes y arboles le dan un ambiente agradable que de verdad disfrutas estar en las areas comunes. El departamento tiene una vista de portada hacia la montaña, muy cómodo con todo lo necesario para relajarse y pasarla super a gusto, definitivamente un lugar para volver.

La atención, la ubicación, la comunicación fueron muy buenas. La limpieza es un punto muy importante y hubo algunas toallas de mano manchadas que consideramos necesitaban cambiar

Un gran lugar, sin duda espero regresar pronto. Alfredo el Concierge de gran ayuda y con la mejor actitud. El departamento cuenta con todo lo necesario, la vista es muy linda y las albercas muy recomendables. Todo muy bien durante el hospedaje.

Muy estilo Vallarta con sus muebles rústicos, sencillo pero cómodo y la ubicación me gusto mucho ya que esta cerca de todo, playa, centro comercial, farmacias, oxxos, taquerias y restaurantes. El personal de Palmera Vacations siempre atentos.

El lugar es demasiado cómodo! Es lujoso, aires riquísimos en sala y habitaciones, un balcón lindo con una parrilla grande. Afuera a 200 metros hay un Oxxo y una cafetería que es deliciosa!!

La vista desde la alberquita es lo mas espectacular de esta propiedad, pasar la tarde viendo la puesta de sol con una rica bebida, es super relajante. Todo muy bien, la propiedad cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasarla muy a gusto, esta muy cerca del malecón caminando puedes visitar de todo, definitivamente me volvería a hospedar en esta bonita propiedad.

It was our 3rd year staying at Los Arcos Casa in Bucerias. We had a fabulous time. We love the pool , however feel it is time to give it a bit of TLC (tiles coming off and pavement around pool area needs resurfacing. Also one of the fans in the lower porch area is still broken. We love this house and will be back !

La ubicación de la propiedad esta ideal, cerca encuentras de todo. La decoración esta muy bonita dentro de la propiedad y cuenta con todo lo necesario para estar muy comodo.

Muy cómodo el departamento, cuidaron todos los detalles de entretenimiento de hoy en día poniendo buen internet y televisiones de alta gama. El área de alberca y la alberca están muy bonitos pero la vista hacia la montaña y la ciudad de noche están increíbles.
