Palmera Vacations is honored to present unit 501, Casa Fresa overlooking the beautiful Vallarta Bay and Lazaro Cardenas Park! This brand new building and unit (6th floor) takes our breath away every time we walk in.

Nayri Life & Spa is located on Basillo Badillo between Cafe de Olla and Fajita Republic in Old Town, construction finished in 2018. No hills to climb and 1 block to the beach!

The unit is 1 bed\1.5 bath, non-smoking king bed, with fully stocked kitchen, laundry, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, and wrap-around balcony that allow 2 sides of the living room windows to open all the way up - great breezes all day. Ocean and jungle views from this incredible view point looking towards the Lazaro Cardenas park (town square). Weekly rentals include 1 maid cleaning, remote control blinds, security safe, double A/C units, WiFi, 2 Smart TVs with 36 live US channels, Netflix/Amazon capable, and filtered drinking water/ice.

All furnishings were custom built for this space, with imported fabrics and lighting, providing a luxury experience in the charming Old Mexico Zona Romantica district. New linens throughout.

Rooftop pools, enjoy a more private version of Vallarta without sacrificing location. Being so new, you will have the run of the place! All afternoon, with your windows completely opened, you will hear guitar music, singers, and can watch spontaneous firework shows over the water! It's hard to leave, there is always something to see from this great viewpoint.

House Rules and Renter Guidelines (7/2019)
1. No Pets / No Smoking – includes balconies
2. Turn A/C off when leaving the apartment or when the windows are open. Electricity is very expensive in Mexico and unseasonably high usage will be charged back to you.
3. No Plastic/Acrylic in dishwasher – Items will melt
4. Security personnel – follow their guidance, they are here to protect you.
a. Can enforce all community standards if you need assistance.
b. Uncooperative renters and guests can be asked to leave the property, without refund.
5. Additional Guest policy
a. All guests will be registered with security on arrival via ID
b. 2 guest maximum may accompany the renter in a public area
c. An overnight guest is allowed on non-consecutive nights.
d. Parties are not allowed, however casual entertaining of up to 6 guests in the condo is acceptable during non-quiet hours.
e. You are responsible for all guest behavior and damages in any part of the building.
6. Deposit will be used to pay condominium penalties assessed, for guests not following the community rules or damaging public areas.
Public Space / Building Rules (5/2018)
- Follow any posted instructions
- Public spaces open from 11am to 11pm (Non-quiet hours)
- Shoes not allowed on furniture or lounge chairs
- Take all belongings with you including trash
Rooftop and Pool areas:
- Lounge chairs cannot be reserved.
- Vacant furniture of 30 minutes, belongings can be moved to the sound equipment area
- Smoking not allowed
- Shower before entering pool
- No glass on the rooftop
- No food or beverages inside the pool
- Audio devices must be at a low level
- No jumping, running, or diving
- Cushions may not be removed or transferred from furniture or lounges
In the Gym:
- Do not remove any equipment from the gym area or use elsewhere
- Clean equipment after use, wipes are available
- Minimum age of 16 allowed
- Throwing or dropping weight is prohibited and will create disturbance for units below.
Sauna and Steam Room: Follow posted rules
