Palmera Vacations is pleased to present this brand new condominium in La Isla 115 Complex with modern furnishings located on the first floor. It is perfect for a couple or family of four located in the beautiful Hotel Zone of Puerto Vallarta.

Located 11 minutes away by car from the airport and 15-minutes away by car from the PV Downtown area, the unit is perfectly located. It's an easy bus ride or an inexpensive Uber to sightsee. However, the Hotel Zone features great shopping, restaurants, and pharmacies are located close by. The unit has one king-size bed & 1 sofa bed, it is equipped with a stove, dining and sitting area. A swimming pool is located on the rooftop with an amazing view of Banderas Bay.

This is a brand new building, the unit is located on the 1st floor and has 24 hrs security. There is an elevator and staircase that can be used by guests to reach the rooftop pool with an amazing view. The unit has 1 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. It has all the necessary kitchen utensils which you can use if you decide to cook. Cable TV is not yet available in the area but there is WiFi and a smart TV so you can access YouTube, Netflix, etc.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING POWER CONSUMPTION:
This property comes with a 13 kWh allowance per night. If you exceed that amount, each extra kWh will be charged in 5 Mexican pesos.

Guest access
You will have access to the one parking space designated for the unit and the pool area. All guests are expected to clean after themselves after using the common areas.

Other things to note
- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED in the house.

- This is a residential area and we kindly ask all guests to conduct themselves in a quiet and orderly manner so as not to create unreasonable noise. The building rules reserves the right to remove person(s) from the area if they are found to be unruly.
