DescripciónPalmera Vacations is glad to present Peninsula 1-23B, luxury 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo with breathtaking views from both sides of the unit. The master bedroom has a spectacular view of the Sierra Madre Mountains, as well as the cruise port and the city lights of Puerto Vallarta. The living room, kitchen and dining area open up to cool ocean breezes and a stunning view of the Bay of Banderas with show stopping sunsets. Maybe you will even catch a glimpse of humpback whales while sitting on the balcony drinking your morning coffee.
Peninsula 1-23B is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy the best of your vacation with cable TV, wireless internet, and washer and dryer.
The Peninsula Vallarta is a private upscale residential high rise located in the hotel zone, right in the middle of Puerto Vallarta. It is ~15 minutes from the airport by taxi and 15 minutes away from downtown by bus or taxi. It is not necessary to rent but if you do, you can park in the garage right near the building entrance.
The Peninsula staff is very friendly and helpful and our concierge will arrange transportation and other activities for you during your stay. Just ask!
The fine dining restaurant, Porfirios, is located right at the security gate entrance. Also, right next door is the newly opened La Isla shopping village, with high-end American brand boutiques and several restaurants. In addition, Starbucks is right at the entrance to the complex!
SPECIAL NOTES: This condo is suited for a quiet and laid back getaway. No parties or special events allowed. No groups and no pets. We rent to mature adults and families wanting a relaxing getaway. You must submit the full names and photo ID for all guests who will be staying on the property within 24 hours of booking. No other visitors will be allowed in the condo or on the property during the stay. Only long-term guests are allowed to use the gym and jacuzzi.
It is very important to reply to the email from our concierge that you will receive the week before your arrival. They will get your guests pre-registered and provide check-in information to prevent any delays on your arrival date.
We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance for your trip. Unforeseen illness, cancellations, delays or travel warnings can happen at any time. Protect your trip with insurance as soon as you book to ensure coverage.
***Electricity: 50kw of electricity are included per day. To prevent extra charges, please conserve energy by turning off the air conditioning when not in the condo. A charge of $2.50 pesos per kw will be assessed for consumption that exceeds an average of 50kw per day.
*** The rate is plus $ 35usd cleaning service per week
