Palmera Vacations presents Casa 9 for vacation rentals located in the traditional neighborhood 5 de Diciembre, which is a few blocks north of downtown Puerto Vallarta. It is a good location for visitors who want to experience the real Mexico and to be close the beach. We provide roof tops view of the mountains and bay.

Casa 9 features a full kitchen with granite countertops, a microwave, refrigerator and freezer, cook top, coffee maker, toaster oven, and blender for those afternoon margaritas. The condo is furnished with Fiesta ware cups, plates, bowls and traditional Mexican glassware. Casa 9 provides everything you might need to prepare a meal. However, you might enjoy some of the great local cuisine available in the neighborhood.
Casa 9 is equipped with 2 air conditioned units, 1 and half baths, roof top patio, and Wi-Fi.

This modern condo offers a comfortable sitting area off of the eat in kitchen with a loft style bedroom upstairs that is separated with floor to ceiling red velvet curtains. The bedroom includes a queen size bed, a smart flat screen tv with Netflix to watch your favorite movies, and a full bath. The bedroom has its own air conditioner and ceiling fan.

Casa 9 offers access a partially covered rooftop patio that has two lounge chairs, and a patio table to enjoy the beautiful view of Banderas Bay and the mountains.

Casa 9 is a pet free and smoke free unit. It is the perfect size for two people or a single traveler who wants to relax in a neighborhood and enjoy the local restaurants, businesses and atmosphere all within a short walk to most popular tourist attractions, night life and beaches.
