Palmera Vacations is glad to present La Casa de la Abuelita at Los Altos Villas complex.Incomparable full bay, ocean, city, and valley views. Fully furnished and equipped kitchen with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with lots of upgrades. Large terrace for memorable breakfasts and evening dining with spectacular sunsets. The complex is located 5 blocks from the beach and 7 blocks to the Malecon. Close to nightlife, great dining experiences, fantastic beaches. Filtered water is available in the kitchen and ice maker fridge.
Common area with large pool, jacuzzi, gym, and elevators.
Guests are free to enjoy the heated jacuzzi and pool. We simply ask that you please keep in mind the hours of operation. ( 10am-10pm).
The gym is also available for guest use.
Other things to note:
Up on the hill the on-shore breezes can be cooling, feeling several degrees cooler than the air temperature at the beach just 5 blocks away. The beach may feel 32C and the condo 28C. The views from being up the hill are phenomenal. Watch the cruise ships come in the morning and depart in the evening. If you're lucky you may even spot a pod of whales in the bay. You can see from one end if the bay to the other.
