Sylvia was wonderful and professional . I really enjoyed speaking with her and looked forward to seeing her . My enquires were always addressed.. Daniel ( in maintenance I believe) is a great person . Meet and spoke to him a few times . Likeable guy and awesome in his position! Martin ; the groundskeeper is a kind , quiet person who is very pleasant and diligent. We really like Martin a lot. Sylvia , Daniel and Martin are all very friendly , competent, and committed employees. Not a problem or concern with Palmera Vacations.
