Palmera Vacations is glad to present Pacifica 500 a 1BR and 1Bath condo with unbelievable location in Old Town.

“Nuestra casa es tu casa”. We want Pacifica 500 to be your home away from home while you are on your Puerto Vallarta vacation.

Conveniently located, one bedroom one bath unit on the 5th floor that can sleep up to four people. There is a king size bed in the bedroom, and the living room has a queen size sofa sleeper. It is located in the heart of the Romantica District, just two blocks from the beach, and a short 15-20 minute walk to the Malecon. There are many great restaurants within a few block radius, as well as nightly entertainment, churches, bank and ATM’s, galleries and shopping.

Nearby activities that are available include parasailing, jet skiing, deep sea fishing, sight-seeing tours, and inexpensive massages. Do it all, or just relax by the beautiful rooftop infinity pool and jacuzzi. The roof area offers beautiful ocean, city and mountain views. The pool terrace offers a huge shaded area with plenty of comfortable seating, stereo, sink, refrigerator, ice maker, Wolf BBQ and table seating to easily enjoy preparing and eating a meal upstairs. There is also an exercise room, with a variety of machines and weights to work out with.

The condo is fully furnished for all your needs. Both the living area and the bedroom have floor to ceiling windows that open to the outside balcony to extend your living space. 50” TV in living room offers cable TV stations from across the US, as well as internet TV services to stream your favorite movies and TV shows. Bedroom has TV also. Free WiFi in our unit, and WiFi also available on the rooftop and lobby areas with Pacifica’s internet service.

The building offers 24-hr security with a front door access card. Cleaning service is provided once a week. Minimum 5-day stay. No pets and no smoking.
