I usually don't write comments, but for Palmera I will. We met Palmera when we bought our condo in Selva Romantica about 4 years ago. From beginning to end (we just sold our condo after 4 years of lots of fun and relaxation), it was a delight and a pleasure to deal with everybody in Palmera. Everyone is properly trained, everyone is responsible and treated our condo as if it was theirs.

Deluxe property in great area. At the top of the Nicaragua hill. Views from the unit's balcony include both bay and city. Views from rooftop sun terrace and pool are even more delightful. This unit has everything you could possibly need. Can not think of anything the property does not offer.

I well recommend them. They assist overseeing my condo in Vallarta by paying bills (property taxes, utilities, and internet), cleaning, repairs, upgrades, receiving items I purchase or have shipped there, etc. From my point of view, for the basic fee, I get a lot of assistance, including that they check on my place while I'm not there. The fees for small repairs are very reasonable. I get upfront quotes for major services, such as recently repainting my whole unit. I get value from there being a whole team, so not dependent on one exact person's availabilty, and they are good about a clear point of contact and chain of command.
